Rookie Rumble Cancellation Policy 2026
By entering the Rookie Rumble Pro-Am UK Tour 2026, you confirm your intention to take part and accept responsibility for payment of the competition entry fees as outlined in the competition overview.
Please note:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Rookie Rumble at team@rookierumble.com.
- Cancellation requests received no later than 14 days before the competition start date are eligible for a refund of 75% of the original entry fee, paid by bank transfer to the account used for the original payment.
- Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the competition start date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the original entry fee.
- Cancellation requests received within 2 days of the competition start date are not eligible for any refund.
- Where an entry has been made for the full series and a cancellation is requested, the above refund terms will apply to each individual stop within the series.
- If a cancellation made within 14 days of the camp start date is the result of an incident or injury, we will, where possible, support you by providing relevant documentation to assist with an insurance claim. However, we are unable to offer a refund or any direct compensation in such circumstances.
In the unlikely event that Rookie Rumble is required to cancel a competition you have entered, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. Where an alternative competition is available, we will endeavour to transfer your entry. If this is not possible or is not acceptable to you, your entry fee will be refunded in full by bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was made.
